My breakfast yesterday .. 3 large ripe bananas creamed in the food processor with 2 medjool dates (quite high in histamine)
Baked Apple & Cinnamon Chips
Directions
- Remove apple core.
- Thinly slice the entire apple.
- Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and place apple slices on it.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Bake at 275 degrees for 2 hours. Flip after 1 hour
